Chat and VoIP: very minor Talkonaut update

VoIP and instant messaging client Talkonaut connects to Jabber (including Google Talk), ICQ, MSN, AIM, and Yahoo. And it talks to almost every VoIP service that uses the SIP protocol.

Talkonaut doesn't work with Skype, but it lets you store multiple SIP VoIP settings, which competing programs Nimbuzz and fring do not.

The latest update fixes a minor issue. Now when you save an avatar the file extension (jpg, gif, png) gets saved too. Updates don't get much more minor than that.
