Calc4M: minor bugfixes

Mobile java calculator Calc4M features basic and scientific functions, lots of conversion options, and all the important physical constants are built in. It has a better user interface than most other mobile phone calculators.

The latest version fixes two minor bugs. Mototola ROKR E6 users can now access the menu, and Calc4M no longer allows typing the number eight in octal mode, which resulted in funny results since the octal system runs from 0 to 7.
