Do you have the latest version of Nokia Maps on your phone? The Nokia Maps site won't tell you the version number of its latest edition, but there's another way to find out.
Go to europe.nokia.com/A41130051, check one of the checkboxes (it doesn't matter which one), and click "continue."
That brings you to a page with a dropdown list of Nokia Maps versions. If the latest version on the list is newer than the copy on your phone, you may want to update.
If you have Nokia Maps 1.2 (the old version for phones that can't handle version 2.0), go to europe.nokia.com/A41134207.
