Nokia Email is a Symbian email client linked to Nokia's new push email service. No more checking your mail yourself: with push email your mails fly to your phone by themselves just like an SMS.
The beta test version only supports an extremely limited set of Nokia phones, instead of downloading an installer Nokia sends you a link by SMS to run an online installer, and the FAQ entry "there is no charge for using Nokia Email service during the beta trial" suggests that Nokia may make you pay for your email in the future.
But if you still want to try Nokia's push email service, go get it at email.nokia.com.
