UCWEB 6.3 is out of beta testing, and the final version has been translated into english.
Proxy based, data compressing mobile web browser UCWEB features tabbed browsing and more configuration and personalisation options than any other mobile web browser.
A minor flaw is that the URL entry box doesn't use T9 predictive text. UCWEB doesn't support Flash and is not very good at javascript.
This unofficial UCWEB translation is unsigned, so you'll have to use Symbian Signed Online, sign it yourself, or set your phone free so you can install unsigned programs.
